Fresh Philosophy

A lot of places talk about fresh as they open a new can of salsa, pull vegetables out of the freezer or pick up some pre-cooked tortillas. That’s not our idea of fresh.

Our tortillas are prepared after you order them, novel idea perhaps, tasty idea, most certainly. We prepare our salsa daily with vine ripened ingredients, we actually cut and mash avocados in the kitchen, and serve fresh chips all day to scoop up those chunks of fresh veggies’we know it takes some extra work, but freshness is our pledge and our way of doing business.
